Mike Beecham · Construction and refurbishment
Mike brings decades of hands-on building experience and involvement across hundreds of homes. His focus is the condition of the building, the work it needs and the quality of the finished result.
That practical perspective helps connect the initial assessment to the actual scope: what needs attention, how the work should be approached and where the details matter.
Davey Thornton · Residential delivery and acquisition
Davey brings site management and residential delivery experience across thousands of homes. He combines that construction background with sourcing and acquisition, helping connect a potential opportunity to the programme and work required to deliver it.
Mike and Davey’s combined residential background spans nearly 8,000 homes across their careers. This describes their wider experience, rather than a claim that Oakridge has completed 8,000 investment projects.
Simon Beecham · Investment and operations
Simon’s background includes business ownership, investment and operations. He coordinates the investor relationship and the commercial detail, keeping your objectives connected to the property plan.
The role is to make the conversation clear: what you want to achieve, how the numbers fit together, what needs to be agreed and how the project will be communicated.
Training and a wider property network
The Oakridge team has completed and passed the Aspire Property Academy and Property Entrepreneur programmes. Structured learning and peer connections support the team’s practical experience and continuing development.

The principles behind the work
We look beyond a fresh coat of paint. Appropriate materials, a considered specification and checking workmanship all contribute to a lasting improvement. Time spent understanding the building helps define the work before it starts.
We also believe you should understand a project before deciding. Costs, responsibilities, assumptions and the agreed exit belong in that conversation. Read how we work with investors or meet us in a conversation.
